Maria Lladó has, in her own right, become a master of color. The Spanish born interior designer dabbled in a handful of other careers and disciplines before arriving at what would now seem to be the pinnacle of her success.
Lladó’s surge in popularity arrived shortly after portions of Woody Allen’s film, Vicky Christina Barcelona, were shot in a home she designed. Her use of color is always thought-out and done with intention. Where bold shades can often overwhelm and blank walls come off as bland, Lladó has claimed the comfortable space in between for her designs.
