Style Files: Wallpaper on the Ceiling

If your ceiling could talk, what would it say? As of late, wallpaper adornment in places other than your typical four walls has been a look we’re seeing more often.

Something that we’ve seen before but making even more of a statement if in a bold shade or design, this is an element we’re hoping more households implement. It draws the eye up, highlights architectural details, and makes for an easy way to bring in a pattern that could easily overwhelm a space if not used in doses.

Wallpapered ceilings can create a narrative or guiding voice around a space’s design. Which of these rooms do you think does the best job of incorporating this design element?

Thank you, Anne Marie! We’re pretty partial to that one and the abstract black and white paper that’s featured in Kelly’s home.
